Born in Toronto, Ontario, to a family of four children, Sean was raised knowing the importance of family and his Ukrainian-Canadian roots. Like his older brothers, he moved away from Winnipeg, Manitoba, first to Toronto, then Kiev, and back home to the Prairies settling in his first house in Edmonton, Alberta (“Festival City”).
Living and specializing in North Central Edmonton for 20 years, in Heritage Westmount and now residing in Braeside, St. Albert (“The Botanical Arts City”), Sean appreciates the appeal of a quaint, mature neighborhood with tree-lined streets and access to parks and trail systems.
Recognized for his exceptional service and honesty, Sean is also known for his keen-eye for architecture, art & design. He has a passion for real estate, in-depth market knowledge and has helped past and repeat clients moving to and from Greater Edmonton area and those relocating to Western Canada. Sean leads an active lifestyle as a former member of the Edmonton Volleyball Association, Sturgeon Valley Slo-Pitch League, St. Albert Curling Club, and the Westmount Community Garden. These days, summers are for gardening and enjoying his backyard, golfing and cheering on his nieces and nephews. Winters are embraced at outdoor events and ice skating. Favorites include: Edmonton’s River Valley Parks; All is Bright on 124th; Silver Skate and Flying Canoe, which celebrates Francophone and Métis culture.
Sean and his wife Stacey enjoy craft beer, live arts and culture events, shopping local and travelling. They support charities with a focus on children’s health and education like AdaptAbilities’ Hearts in Action camps, Children’s Miracle Network Miracle Home program, and The Diabetes Research Institute Foundation Canada.
