Born in Toronto, Ontario, to a family of four children, Sean was raised knowing the importance of family and his Ukrainian-Canadian roots. From Sutton, Ontario to St. Andrews, Manitoba, Sean has lived in rural communities and metropolises of Toronto, Canada, then Kiev, Ukraine, and back to the Winnipeg area before buying his first of several homes in Greater Edmonton, Alberta .
Living and specializing in Edmonton aka “Festival City “ for 20+ years in popular downtown, inner-city and university communities of Strathcona, Garneau, Oliver, Inglewood, and heritage Westmount before moving to “The Botanical Arts City” of St. Albert, Sean appreciates a quaint, mature, and walkable neighbourhood with tree-lined streets and access to parks and trails.
Recognized for his exceptional service and honesty, Sean is also known for his keen-eye for architecture, art & design and loves gardening. As a real estate professional, he has helped buyers and sellers moving in, moving out and moving up searching for and staging homes for sale and relocating to and from Western and Eastern Canada. Sean and his wife Stacey are now living and serving people who want to make the Annapolis Valley home-sweet-home and still be close -- an hour (or less) from the ocean, vibrant Halifax and an international airport.
